MARK L. PUCCIO | MELISSA A. PEYTON | MARK S. LINDLOFF
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER/PRINCIPAL
Mr. Puccio attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s College of Engineering where he received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis, including advanced course work in steel, concrete and wood structure design, among others. Additionally, Mr. Puccio has passed both the NCEES Structural Engineer I and II exams. These higher level licensing exams give him the prestigious professional designation of “S.E.” and have allowed him to become a licensed Structural Engineer in states that require advanced testing.
Mr. Puccio has worked for several well known engineering companies including Hanson Engineers (Hanson Professionals), Stanley Consultants, VP Buildings and Ramaker and Associates. Mark is a founding principal of MP-Squared Structural Engineers.
Mr. Puccio has been the lead project engineer on numerous unique projects throughout his career. His resume includes projects of many types ranging from commercial and retail, to churches and sports complexes, to water parks, industrial facilities and building retrofits, to hundreds of pre-engineered metal building designs and beyond. Mr. Puccio performs all of his structural designs with the highest regard to safety, erectability, efficient use of materials, and code compliance.
Mr. Puccio has applied his structural engineering expertise to failure investigations, storm and fire damage assessments, repairs, renovations new designs and as a professional witness.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER/PRINCIPAL
Ms. Peyton is a structural engineer and one of the founding principals of MP-Squared Structural Engineers where she is responsible for overall project management/engineering and internal resources distribution.
Ms. Peyton provides support and coordination for the internal structural department staff, and provides coordination between project consultants and project architects. She has experience working with a variety of structural systems including structural steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry and has worked with a very broad range of project types including, commercial, retail, and industrial facilities. Ms. Peyton also has experience performing feasibility studies, building investigations, and structural evaluations and strengthening designs of existing structures.
Ms. Peyton attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee where she received her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, focusing her coursework on Structural Engineering. As a gifted undergraduate, Ms. Peyton provided teaching assistance for university staff within the Engineering Mechanics Department at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. She made the Dean’s Honor List multiple semesters and is a member of the Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER/ASSOCIATE
Mr. Lindloff is responsible for project engineering and management, providing project team leadership, planning, and constructability expertise for project team members. He provides
technical expertise and cost effective solutions for all phases of project needs; from schematic through final design, as well as resolution to field issues during the construction phase.
Mr. Lindloff has a strong background in designs and the development of project documents using conventional and glue-laminated wood, conventional and composite steel-framed systems, cold-formed metal stud and joist framing, conventionally reinforced, and concrete systems, as well as, renovation and rehabilitation. Mr. Lindloff has been a project engineer and/or project
manager on a wide variety of projects such as water park resorts, residential, multi-story commercial, education facilities, and retail.
Mr. Lindloff has experience with multiple project delivery methods including; Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and Construction Management. In addition, Mr. Lindloff has experience in existing building investigation and assessment of structural integrity, forensic engineering, materials testing, and insurance claims.
